How to Sell Successfully Internationally

To sell on any of Amazon`s European marketplaces from another country is easy. If you are an existing seller on any of Amazon`s European marketplaces, you only need to create offers in any other European marketplace you want to sell your products on using your Amazon European Marketplaces Account. For new sellers, you only need to open a seller account in any of Amazon`s European marketplaces, and you`ll be allowed to create offers on any other Amazon European marketplace.

Before you begin selling on any of Amazon`s European marketplaces from another country, there are important steps you must take to ensure a great experience for you and for customers. Please review our International Sellers Rules page, as well as the rules applicable to the European marketplace you want to list your products on.

You will be expected to understand and satisfy these rules. We have a lot of successful international sellers on our European marketplaces, so we trust that these rules should not be too burdensome. We encourage you to sign up for Fulfilment by Amazon, (FBA) to help meet these obligations.
You should also understand all laws that apply to you and only list and sell products that comply with those laws. Please read and understand the EU Import & Cross-Border Sales Information page, before registering with Amazon as an international seller.

*General terms and conditions for subscription free offer

1. The promotion is valid till 11:59PM GMT on 30 June 2012 and open only to sellers who have not previously registered as a ProSeller (Sell a Lot) on the relevant Amazon.co.uk; Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it or Amazon.es (the “Amazon Site(s)”)

2. To qualify for the one –month’s subscription free promotion the seller must complete registration as a ProSeller on an Amazon Site(s) for which they have not previously registered as a ProSeller (Sell a Lot) by 11.59pm GMT on 30 June 2012. If the seller qualifies for the promotion Amazon will waive the seller’s first month’s subscription fee for the ProSeller account on the applicable Amazon Site.

3. To qualify for the full three-months subscription free promotion (the above 1 month plus the next 2 months), the seller must ALSO list at least 1 product offering on the applicable Amazon Site within 14 days of the day that they complete their registration, in which case Amazon will waive the seller’s second and third month’s subscription fee to the ProSeller account on the applicable Amazon Site.

4. The seller will remain liable for all referral and transaction fees and other costs. If the seller breaches any term of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement within three months of registration, the Promotion will be withdrawn and the seller shall be liable for the any subscription fees Amazon has waived.

5. The promotion is not available to new registered sellers who are connected or affiliated to an existing ProSeller on the relevant Amazon site(s)
