Currently, brands must have a registered trade mark in the form of a word mark or of a figurative mark containing word elements to be eligible to join the Brand Registry. The trade mark must match the brand name printed on products and/or packaging.
Please note, we currently only accept fully-registered word marks or figurative marks containing word elements that have been issued by national government trade mark offices in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, or by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. If you have a mark registered in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Australia, or Japan, please visit the corresponding Amazon Brand Registry site to check its eligibility and enrol in that marketplace, by clicking on the flag symbol at the top of this page.
