After you create a listing in your Amazon Seller Account, you can then convert it to be “Fulfilled by Amazon” on the Manage Inventory tab. Listings are free and never expire!

Print the product label and affix them to each unit before packing and sending them to our fulfilment centres (don't worry, no UPC or EAN required!). When you convert your inventory to FBA, you will be prompted to print your labels in the process. The barcode and label are automatically generated on the label!

Who pays for returns?
This is dependent on the reason for item being returned, but there are various ways to help protect yourself – for example creating a restocking fee. You can always contact our Seller Support team and they will do their best to assist you if any issues arise.
Who pays for the fast free shipping?
You pay for the cost of getting your products to Amazon’s fulfilment centres, which you can purchase deeply discounted rates through Amazon. Once an order comes in Amazon will pick, pack, and pay for fast free shipping to the customer.
I only make a few items at a time, is there a minimum number of units I need to send in?
No! You can send in whatever amount you feel comfortable with (note there are maximum amounts). When first getting started, we recommend sending enough units to ensure you’re able to gauge if FBA make sense for your products logistically and financially. If at any time you decided FBA is not a good fit, you can have your items shipped back to you for a small flat fee.
How can I monitor and manage my fulfilled orders?
The “Manage Orders” view in the Orders tab of your Amazon Selling Account displays the list of orders that have been placed by date range (default view), sales channel or fulfilment channel. Learn more here.
