Pay no EFN fees with Pan-European FBA

With Pan-European FBA, when a product is sold in one Amazon European marketplace, you will only pay the local fulfillment fee from that marketplace. In contrast, when you sell to customers of other marketplaces via the European Fulfilment Network (EFN), you will pay a cross-border fee for each order shipped.

Let’s say you want to sell a 500g Standard Parcel (non-media item) product across all five European marketplaces and ship your inventory to UK fulfilment centres. For orders placed on amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, and amazon.es, the cross-border EFN fee would be €3.66. Here’s how Pan-European FBA works:

List your products in all five European marketplaces and reach tens of millions of customers across Europe.

You send your products to a Amazon fulfilment centre in one country. Using our knowledge of customer purchase trends, we then allocate your inventory across our fulfilment centres throughout Europe to meet customers’ anticipated future demand.

When customers order your products, we handle the fulfilment logistics and provide fast, reliable delivery from the location closest available to the customer. You only pay the fulfilment fee of the marketplace on which the customer purchased your product.

Amazon also provides customer support on your behalf in the local language of the relevant marketplace, facilitating customer inquiries, returns, and refunds for you—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
