2. Activate your offers in all 5 marketplaces with BIL
If you use Build International Listings (BIL), your offers will be synchronised automatically on marketplaces with a BIL connection. Activate BIL for all marketplaces to create all offers for available ASINs.
Build International Listings will:
Help you create connections from your home marketplace to all the European marketplaces on which you want to offer your products.
Create offers on the target marketplaces according to a pricing rule that you define (e.g. 2% above home marketplace price)
Keep your stock in sync and even adjust for changes in the exchange rate. Offers that are set to “Fulfilment by Amazon” in your home marketplace will also be set to FBA in the target marketplace.
With Auto-Enrolment feature all your eligible FBA products will be enrolled in Pan-European FBA automatically, as long as you have already created an active FBA offer in all 5 Amazon European marketplaces.
Note: This feature does not create new FBA offers.
Remember that only enrolled ASINs will benefit from local fulfilment fees*, and inventory distribution across Amazon’s fulfilment centres in Europe.
Learn more about enrolling ASINs manually: Visit the Pan-European FBA Inventory page, select your eligible ASINs and click Enrol.
* Oversize items will incur a surcharge in UK, France, Italy and Spain from Apr 1, 2019 onwards, more details here
If this is the first time that you are enrolling your products in Pan-European FBA, you will be asked to accept the programme’s Policy. You only have to do this once.
Note: Enabling Pan-European FBA will automatically allow storage of your inventory in 7 European countries. To enable Pan-European FBA, you must be eligible to sell in each Amazon European marketplace – Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it and Amazon.es. This feature is active on each new Amazon Europe selling account. ASIN eligibility only confirms that the product can be shipped using Amazon’s European Fulfilment Network. You are solely responsible for and must ensure that your products comply with all applicable laws at all times.
If you have many products, you may want to consider using the report and template to enrol them in bulk in the Upload enrolment template page.
Step 1: Download and review the Pan-European FBA Eligible ASIN Report
On the Pan-European FBA Inventory, download the list of your current FBA ASINs that are eligible for Pan-Europe FBA. Identify the ASINs you’d like to enrol.
Note that ASIN eligibility only confirms that the product can be shipped using Amazon’s European Fulfilment Network. You are solely responsible for and must ensure that your products comply with all applicable laws at all times.
Step 2: Download the blank enrolment template
On the Pan-European FBA Inventory page, download the blank template that you will use to enrol eligible ASINs in Pan-European FBA.
Step 3: Prepare and upload the enrolment template
For products you want to enrol, copy the ASIN, MerchantSKU and Enrol columns from the Pan-European Eligible ASIN Report into the template.
Add a Y in the Enrol column for each MerchantSKU you wish to enrol. Keep an N in this column if you do not wish to submit an offer for enrolment. All offers have an N in this column by default. See how to fill the template and more on Pan-European FBA enrolment.
Save the template file and upload the new file in .txt format by clicking Upload Now on the Pan-European FBA Inventory page.
