Once your tax services provider has received a VAT Registration Number on your behalf, they will send you an invoice as well as a copy to Amazon. After receiving the invoice, subject to you meeting the criteria outlined in the Terms and Conditions
,we will then deposit any promotional amount granted as “Balance Adjustment” or “Miscellaneous Adjustment” in your Amazon seller account within 30 working days of receipt of the invoice. Once you receive these funds, you will need to settle the invoice directly with the tax services provider. If you have not received payment from Amazon, contact Seller Support.
