How to sell online on Amazon

Selling online on Amazon is an easy and effective way to reach millions of potential buyers. Whether you have to sell a little or sell a lot, Amazon provides you the required tools and experience to sell online successfully. To sell on Amazon is a simple 5 step process. Register your seller account
Create your account on Seller Central, the Web interface where you will also manage your selling account.

Your registration is free of charge*, fees are only applied when an item is sold. To register, you will need:

1. Your credit or debit card
2. Your phone number
3. Your personal details
4. Your bank account details

Upload your listings
Display your items for sale on Amazon. To list your items for sale, simply match against products already available for sale on Amazon (e.g. matching the bar code, or product name), or create a new product listing if your item is not already available for sale.

4.
Deliver your products to the customer
When an order has been placed for one of your products, Amazon notifies you by email as well as in your Seller Central dashboard. You can let "Fulfilment by Amazon" take care of storage, picking, packing and shipping or you can deliver your products to the customers yourself.
5.
Receive your payment
Payment for the balance of your orders (net of Amazon Seller fees) is deposited into your bank account, and you receive notification by e-mail that your payment has been sent.
